Run query on the server to re-create normative data table.

Run query to display all records in norms table.
Copy Row Content. (Needs to be unquoted)
Paste into excel. Save as CSV to documents/norm data. MUST EXIT OUT OF EXCEL.
Open raw csv in n++. Paste the following row in the top line. IDNORMS,GAME,AGE,LEVEL,MEAN,SD,N
Open SQLite browser. Open the norms.db database file.
Delete table normsdata.
Import CSV to table normsdata.
