At Mind Games, we respect your privacy and data security. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, we provide a straightforward process to do so.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Through the App:
- Open the Mind Games app.
- Navigate to the Settings page.
- Click on the “Delete Account” button.
- Via Email:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
- Include your user details in the email for verification.
Options for Data Deletion
- Complete Account Deletion: We will delete your entire account and all associated data, including scores and user preferences.
- Partial Deletion: If you prefer to retain your account but delete specific data (like scores), please specify this in your deletion request.
Data Retention and Deletion Process
- Upon receiving your request, we will verify your account details.
- Post-verification, your requested data will be deleted within 30 days.
- For security and verification purposes, we retain minimal necessary data for a brief period post-deletion, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
