As an initial study on the benefits of Mind Games, we have examined our data collected over the last 2 years. We wanted to see in this study if practicing Mind Games over a long period of time results in gains in scores on the games.
Method
We selected data from games where users have played the game at least 100 times. All other data was excluded from the analysis, because we want to only look at the data resulting from a significant amount of practice sessions. The raw score data for each trial was averaged for each game up to the 100th trial. The resulting average scores were converted to a standardized equivalent score using the same normative database that is used in the game in order to facilitate the comparisons between games using a common scale.
